These Terms of Use govern your use of the Iris desktop application provided by IAM_DEV. By installing or using Iris, you agree to these terms.

License

IAM_DEV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Iris for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the Microsoft Store terms and these terms.

Wellness information

Iris provides general reminders and wellness tools. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Stop an exercise if it causes discomfort and consult a qualified professional when needed.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer Iris except where applicable law expressly permits it, interfere with its operation, use it unlawfully, or redistribute it without written permission.

Availability and updates

Features may change as the application is improved. We may issue updates through the Microsoft Store and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer

Iris is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. IAM_DEV disclaims implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Iris.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
